Our client, a market leading and privately owned investment manager, is looking for a Portfolio Implementation Specialist to join their established team and play a key part in increasing their Investment team’s capacity.

The role will include:

• Increasing portfolio management and research capacity, by bulk trading, completing trade transmissions, new account cash deployment and withdrawal cash raises.
• Helping to strengthen process resilience by providing oversight of the end to end dealing process and supporting the CIO to mitigate order execution risk.
• Enhancing operational consistency by implementing and enhancing standardised procedures for trading.
• Improving cross-team communication by co-ordinating with all necessary teams when implementing portfolio best practices.

The successful candidate will:

• Have a similar background within a boutique asset manager, wealth manager or investment firm
• Have a comprehensive understanding of portfolio implementation, dealing workflows and investment operations.
• Be extremely organised, have excellent customer service, attention to detail and be able to easily manage priorities.
