Touchstone operates in a competitive commercial environment, requiring best use of resources to maintain a return to the Group both financially and socially.

More about your role

Based at Hays Community Business Centre in Edinburgh 2 days a week, you will be responsible for managing the operational and financial performance of a residential property portfolio(s) through maximising lettings and rent collection, minimising voids and managing expenditure. You will act as the main point of contact for the client to ensure their expectations are being met.

As well as leading Operational Managers you will contribute to budget setting and delivery so that all relevant business objectives are met.

At Places for People, we are committed to a safe working environment so a basic DBS check is required.

More about you

The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role. Experience in the property industry and maximising client portfolios is also required.

Experience & Skills

  • Experience within the Property Industry,
  • A Property Mark Level 6 qualification/ Letwell or equivalent
  • A thorough understanding of client requirements and the ability to maximise a client portfolio,
  • Experience liaising with clients and landlords.
