Overview

Power Platform Solution Architect role at Capgemini. The position involves shaping and defining solution architectures for our clients, leading delivery, defining project plans, managing detailed design, informing technical risk analysis and supporting estimation.

Your Skills And Experience

• Energy and excitement about the technologies and capabilities provided by the Power Platform, with knowledge of its capabilities and limitations, and a broader understanding of the Microsoft technology stack (including Dynamics 365, Azure and SharePoint).
• Knowledge of software engineering best practices, plus Microsoft Dynamics CRM SDK, C#, Visual Studio and Team Foundation Server.
• Full implementation lifecycle experience of Power Platform based programmes.
• Experience with Continuous Integration (CI) and Continuous Delivery (CD), ideally using Azure DevOps.
• A passion for delivering in an Agile environment, planning projects and releases in sprints and writing Epics, Features and User Stories.

Your Role

• Delivery focused, working on a single client project at a time (with the opportunity to support sales and pre-sales activities if of interest).
• Oversee and shape user needs gathering to ensure technical fit and inform the wider architecture to meet client objectives, goals and user needs.
• Own the high level and low level solution creation of end-to-end Microsoft Power Platform projects.
• Create solutions with focus on security, accessibility and performance to ensure safety and scalability.
• Design the integration architecture and interfaces using the full capabilities of the Microsoft technology stack.
• Estimations, planning and delivery as a technical leader.
• Engage with client stakeholders, build relationships and demonstrate the capabilities of Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform to inspire delivery of the best technical solution.

Security Clearance

To be successfully appointed to this role, it is a requirement to obtain Security Clearance (SC). The successful applicant must have resided continuously in the United Kingdom for the last 5 years, among other criteria. The recruitment process may include questions about security clearance eligibility such as country of residence and nationality. Some posts may be restricted to UK Nationals for security reasons.
