MG OMD – Account Director (Paid Search)MG OMD is a leading media agency with award‑winning work for major UK brands. We are looking for an experienced PPC Account Director to lead and grow paid search programmes across a portfolio of client accounts.ResponsibilitiesLead the strategy, planning, and optimisation of search campaigns for key accounts.Advocate the strategic direction of paid search to clients and internal stakeholders.Collaborate with media planning and other paid media teams to ensure cross‑channel alignment.Drive commercial outcomes – bookings, billables, utilisation in accordance with commercial agreements.Manage and develop the paid search team, on‑boarding new talent and fostering growth.Deliver detailed performance reporting and respond to data versus forecast.Support new business pitches and agency growth initiatives.QualificationsProven experience as a paid search lead/account director with major brands.Strong leadership and team management skills.Deep knowledge of Google Ads, Microsoft Ads and Search Ads 360 (preferred).Commercial acumen – ability to forecast, plan and deliver on business goals.Excellent communication, client facing and relationship building skills.Capability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams.Benefits & CultureWe offer a hybrid working model, flexible hours, continuous professional development and a supportive culture that values diversity and innovation. #J-18808-Ljbffr
