We're Hiring: Pricing Manager - London (Hybrid)

Salary: The salary range for this position is £68,000 - £76,000 per year. The base salary offered may vary depending on location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Restricted Stock Units (RSUs) are included as part of the compensation package.

At Wayfair, we're redefining how people shop for their homes. We're looking for a Pricing Manager to lead strategic pricing and profitability initiatives across the UK & Ireland.

What you'll do:

• Own pricing strategies that balance customer value, supplier success, and margin growth
• Partner with Finance on forecasting, scenario modelling, and investments
• Use SQL, Excel, Python/R, and BigQuery to unlock insights and guide decisions
• Influence senior leaders and mentor junior analysts

You bring:

• Strong SQL and Excel skills
• Experience in pricing, commercial strategy, analytics, finance, or consulting
• A commercial mindset and proven ability to translate data into action
• Bonus: Experience mentoring or managing junior analysts
