Principal Consultant – Asset Management / Regulatory Advice We are recruiting for Principal Asset Management / Regulatory Advice Consultants to join our UK offices (London, Reading, Birmingham, Edinburgh, Glasgow, or Bristol) with hybrid working. This role focuses on delivering innovative system-based Asset Management solutions across the entire Asset Lifecycle and supporting asset management topics to help clients solve complex problems. You will support Client Service and Technical Directors with the development and delivery of programmes, projects and technical outputs. Develop and deliver innovative system-based Asset Management solutions throughout the Asset Lifecycle. Support Client Service and Technical Directors with the development and delivery of programmes, projects and technical outputs. Provide technical expertise to projects, guiding and mentoring less experienced team members to deliver high-quality outcomes. Externally build relationships with clients and develop opportunities to provide strategic asset management consultancy services.
Qualifications and Experience (About You)
Experience in a senior asset management or regulatory role within primarily the regulated water/energy sectors. Track record of generating solutions to complex industry problems, in consultancy or client-side environments. Strong knowledge of asset management / regulation policy and strategy; experience assessing and managing asset management risks, lifecycle decision-making, and developing asset management plans in highly regulated environments. Proven ability to develop and maintain collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders; capable of mentoring talented individuals within the organisation.
