Principal Oracle HCM Cloud (Core HR) Functional Consultant – UK & Ireland

Ready to Lead in Oracle HCM Cloud? Join a Premier Consultancy on the Rise. You will lead transformative Oracle HCM Cloud projects, shape solution design and delivery, and guide clients through Oracle journeys with workshops, mentoring, and clear engagement leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Lead workshops and advise the client on best practices for adoption of the solution.
  • Lead the configuration of the system to match business requirements and system design.
  • Demonstrate the solution in design playback sessions.
  • Create and develop workbooks and documentation to support the system design.
  • Build trusted relationships with the client and manage expectations on delivery within the scope.
  • Drive training and coaching of colleagues and clients alike.

Qualifications

  • End-to-end implementation experience within Oracle HCM Cloud (Core HR).
  • Experience implementing onboarding journeys and approval workflows.
  • Multiple full implementation projects in the Oracle HCM Cloud space.
  • Experience running workshops (process, design, configuration, test and validate).
  • Functional application leadership and guidance to clients regarding leading practices and the functionality of software modules through all implementation phases.
  • Ability to document solutions clearly and share knowledge within the Cloud community.

Requirements

You must be SC cleared or eligible for SC clearance. To be eligible you must have lived in the UK for the last 3 years.

Role Details

This is a hybrid role with occasional travel to a hub office, so you must be commutable. The role is based in the UK & Ireland with flexible remote/hybrid options.
