Principal Primary Electrical Engineer

Great role to join one of the UKs most rapidly expanding renewable energy businesses, working as a Principal Engineer leading on utility scale solar & BESS projects.

Location: London

Key Responsibilities:

1. Designing and creating detailed electrical layouts for DNO & ICP projects.
2. Producing cable routes, equipment sizing, layouts, schematics, protection control, keyline, and cable block diagrams.
3. Acting as a specialist on electrical design matters internally and externally.
4. Participating in a flexible hybrid working model – site visits required.
5. Having experience as an Electrical Design Engineer.
6. Working with transmission and distribution, DNO, ICP, or other power projects.
7. Experience working for DNO/DSO/ICP or design consultancy would be beneficial.
8. Holding a relevant Engineering Degree or equivalent experience.
