Solution: As demand for skilled robotics talent rises, Humanoid seeks a Global Recruitment Specialist to attract and hire top engineering and leadership talent to support our ambitious robotics program.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies aligned with the company’s mission and long-term goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional leads to attract, assess, and hire engineers and leaders for robotics, AI, and related fields.
- Build and manage candidate pipelines, conduct interviews, and guide hiring decisions.
- Represent Humanoid’s employer brand to attract high-caliber candidates.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to define role requirements, job descriptions, and selection criteria.
- Maintain candidate experience and ensure a smooth end-to-end recruitment process.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies across all hiring activity.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Ph.D. in a relevant field (e.g., Human Resources, Business, Engineering) or equivalent experience.
- Proven track record in talent acquisition, ideally for senior engineering or leadership roles in technology, robotics, or AI sectors.
- Strong understanding of recruiting processes, candidate assessment, and onboarding best practices.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruitment analytics is a plus.
