Solution: As demand for skilled robotics talent rises, Humanoid seeks a Global Recruitment Specialist to attract and hire top engineering and leadership talent to support our ambitious robotics program.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies aligned with the company’s mission and long-term goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional leads to attract, assess, and hire engineers and leaders for robotics, AI, and related fields.
  • Build and manage candidate pipelines, conduct interviews, and guide hiring decisions.
  • Represent Humanoid’s employer brand to attract high-caliber candidates.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to define role requirements, job descriptions, and selection criteria.
  • Maintain candidate experience and ensure a smooth end-to-end recruitment process.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies across all hiring activity.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Ph.D. in a relevant field (e.g., Human Resources, Business, Engineering) or equivalent experience.
  • Proven track record in talent acquisition, ideally for senior engineering or leadership roles in technology, robotics, or AI sectors.
  • Strong understanding of recruiting processes, candidate assessment, and onboarding best practices.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruitment analytics is a plus.
