Private Client Solicitor – Beaminster Full-time or Part-time will be considered. Overview An expanding law firm in Beaminster, Dorset is seeking a Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive (1+ year PQE) to join its successful private client department. This key position is part of its succession planning and the firm offers a robust support structure to help you advance your career. STEP qualification is preferred, or a willingness to pursue STEP accreditation. Responsibilities
Manage a diverse caseload and build trusted, long-term relationships with clients. Handle wills, probate, Court of Protection matters, Inheritance Tax, tax planning, trusts, Lasting Powers of Attorney and estate administrations. Involve yourself in business development and networking to attract new clients.
Qualifications
1+ year PQE in private client law or equivalent. STEP qualification is preferred, or a willingness to pursue STEP accreditation.
