About the Role:

The firm seeks a Senior Private Client Solicitor or Private Client Partner to join its expanding team. You will handle a full range of private client matters, including:

• Inheritance tax and estate planning
• Wills and trusts
• Lasting Powers of Attorney
• Lifetime gifting
• Court of Protection and deputyship management
• Mental capacity issues
• Advising high-net-worth clients on business succession and private company share transfers
