The Role: As a Private Client Solicitor, you will be responsible for a varied caseload involving:

Drafting Wills and Powers of Attorney Administering Executory Estates and Trusts Preparing IHT forms, Executory Accounts, and associated financial documentation Taking client instructions and managing files from initial contact to distribution Supervising and mentoring Paralegals and Trainees Ensuring compliance with tax and legal deadlines

The Ideal Candidate:

2+ years PQE in Private Client work within a Scottish law firm Solid knowledge of Executory, Trusts, and Estate Administration Strong drafting, organisational, and client care skills An enthusiastic team player who can work autonomously Passionate about Private Client law and delivering high-quality client service Committed to staying updated with legal and tax developments
