Overview

Procurement Heads are working with a global consumer organisation who are looking for a Procurement Buyer to join their growing team. You will take ownership of indirect procurement categories, while also supporting other areas as needed.

Job Title: Procurement Buyer (Indirects - Sales and Marketing)

Salary: up to £55,000 base salary + up to 15% bonus + benefits

What You’ll Be Doing

• Leading assigned procurement categories, analysing suppliers, markets, and costs to shape sourcing strategies.
• Running end-to-end tendering and contract processes, from documentation to negotiation and award.
• Partnering with stakeholders to align procurement activities with business needs.
• Managing supplier performance through reviews, scorecards, and service-level agreements.
• Supporting supplier onboarding, purchase order processes, and invoice/claims resolution.
• Driving compliance with procurement policies and systems while collaborating with global teams.

Requirements

• Strong experience managing contracts, tenders, and supplier negotiations end-to-end.
• Experience across the Sales and Marketing categories
• Knowledge of procurement processes, sourcing strategies, and supplier relationship management.
• Must have experience within indirect procurement.
• Hands-on experience with SAP and good proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong commercial and analytical skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with confidence in leading projects.
• Proactive, customer-focused mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Remuneration and Working Arrangements

Up to £55,000 base salary

Up to 15% bonus

Hybrid working (3 days per week in Greenford)
