Role Overview
As the Cost & Procurement Insight & Engagement Manager, you will drive engagement across internal and external stakeholders through targeted training and communication programs. You will lead the people development initiatives to foster continuous improvement within the Cost and Procurement team. Additionally, you will develop and execute the supplier engagement strategy, transforming supplier insights into internal communications and training to promote a culture of supplier collaboration and enhance Santander's market presence as a customer of choice.

United Kingdom, preferably at Unity Place.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze insights from stakeholder and supplier surveys, market insights, and benchmarks to enhance Cost and Procurement excellence.
- Develop and implement a people capabilities plan aligned with current and future talent needs.
- Achieve measurable improvements in team capabilities, aiming for top-quartile results.
- Translate business goals into specific team objectives.
- Embed and promote the use of operating models and frameworks, increasing brand awareness.
Candidate Profile
- Proven project management skills with a track record of successful delivery, including managing risks and change.
- Understanding of service delivery KPIs.
- Experience in developing reporting systems, data visualization, and management information analysis.
- Excellent communication skills across all levels of the organization.
Desirable Skills
- Knowledge of ESG principles in procurement.
- Experience managing customer satisfaction surveys and translating results into action.
- Experience leading communication programs.
