Join our Product Delivery Team within our growing Product Department in the role of Product Coordinator. You will work with our game teams, helping them deliver their games to high standards. This role offers the opportunity to grow and thrive in a collaborative environment.
Location: Remote/hybrid but you must be based in either UK or Poland.
Salary: Negotiable, depending on experience.
What Youll Be Doing
- Provide daily support and assistance to project teams.
- Monitor team communications and proactively offer support where needed.
- Manage and maintain project documentation across various systems.
- Coordinate studio and studio-team activities to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Oversee and coordinate the game release process to ensure timely and successful launches.
- Collaborate closely with the Product Delivery Manager and Senior Product Coordinator to meet project objectives.
- Be ready to handle a variety of administrative and project-related tasks efficiently.
What Youll Bring To The Role
- Strong (2+ years) experience in an administrative position, with the same in IT Project Management (PM/Project Coordinator).
- Knowledge of Project Management Paradigms: Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall.
- Proven working experience with/in teams using the above paradigms preferred.
- Experience in the iGaming sector is a benefit.
- Fluent in English; excellent communication skills for day-to-day interactions, calls, and presentations.
- Excellent proficiency in Google Sheets, Docs, and Slides.
- Intermediate proficiency in Jira and Lucidchart.
- Experience with ClickUp is a significant advantage, as it is our primary project management tool.
- Proactive and hands-on professional.
- Strong team player with the ability to tackle various administrative tasks.
- Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring the success and comfort of daily work for multiple teams.
