The Chief Data and Analytics Office (CDAO) is seeking a Delivery Lead to ensure the successful delivery of projects within the CDAO Graph team. This role will act as the project manager, overseeing the execution of the team's scope and ensuring alignment with strategic objectives. This critical role will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of projects within the CDAO Graph team, which focuses on platform strategy, data modeling, and user interface development. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, with the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and drive projects to completion. This role requires a strategic thinker who excels in communication and can ensure that the team's work aligns with the broader objectives of the firm.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the delivery of projects within the CDAO Graph team, ensuring they are completed on time and within scope.
  • Act as the project manager, coordinating resources, managing timelines, and mitigating risks.
  • Ensure alignment of project objectives with the strategic goals of the CDAO.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution and integration.
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement within the team.
  • Utilize project management tools and methodologies to optimize delivery processes.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in project management, preferably within a large organization.
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic thinker with a practical approach to problem-solving.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in the financial services industry or a similar sector.
  • Familiarity with the Chief Data and Analytics Office (CDAO) operations.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent.
  • Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams and driving project delivery.
  • Familiarity with data modeling and user interface development is a plus.
