We’re seeking a Senior Product Designer to take the lead in crafting thoughtful, high-impact experiences across both our internal tools and customer-facing products within the Technology team. The role is Hybrid, with one day a week being based in their London office. It is a full-time role.
Accountabilities:
- Work across all stages of the design process—from discovery, research, and user testing to direct customer interactions—translating insights into user flows, journey maps, concepts, and prototypes.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, designers, and other stakeholders to align on goals and deliverables.
- Present design concepts to internal stakeholders, customers, and partners to gather feedback and drive decisions.
- Leverage and actively contribute to the Design System to maintain consistency and support scalability across products.
Knowledge and Skills:
- Communicate design decisions clearly and collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical team members.
- Use design tools such as Figma and Miro proficiently.
- Apply strong user-centered design principles and prototyping skills.
- Design for multiple platforms, including web, desktop, and mobile.
