Bespak is seeking a Product Engineer for our Kings Lynn site, PE30 2JJ. This permanent, onsite/hybrid role offers a salary between £37k and £45k, plus a discretionary annual bonus. As a Product Engineer, you will play a crucial role in industrializing drug device and third-party products, ensuring designs meet performance, quality, and manufacturing standards. Your responsibilities include leading technical work packages, planning, monitoring project progress, conducting DFM analyses, maintaining specifications, and managing engineering change activities throughout the product lifecycle.

Key duties:

• Support product industrialization of drug devices
• Lead technical work packages and planning
• Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions
• Perform DFM analysis and evaluate concepts
• Manage product specifications and design history
• Lead engineering change activities

Required skills and experience:

• Degree in Engineering or Science
• Experience in pharmaceutical or medical device sectors
• Knowledge of GMP and NPI processes
• Understanding of DFM principles
• Experience with continuous improvement methodologies
• Strong communication and project management skills
