Overview

A Product Manager opportunity for a mission-orientated scale-up SaaS business offering ’tech for good’ software products. The Product Manager will play a key role in a small but experienced team, focused on delivering a greenfield HealthTech / MedTech product, improving product functionality and user experience (B2C / B2B2C).

The Product Manager will remain hands-on throughout the full Product life cycle initially, with scope for the role to expand as the company grows.

The company offers fully remote working options with occasional social meetups.

Responsibilities

• Own the Product strategy and roadmap


• Lead the product vision through the full lifecycle


• Promote positive user experience and feature utilisation


• Liaise with varied teams (tech, sales, etc) in designing the Product go-to-market strategy


• Work closely with 3rd party vendors, and report to Senior stakeholders

Essential skills and experience

• Proven experience in leading the delivery of similar SaaS products


• Experience working in fast paced and changeable environments - scale up, start up or similar


• Data analysis and Market research, able to identify insights into product decisions


• Extensive experience gathering requirements from Tech and non-tech stakeholders


• Capable of implementing relevant processes and Quality Assurance

Desirable

• Knowledge of IT Security or Cyber Security is desirable


• Good Tech literacy and understanding of software development processes is desirable
