Title: Product Manager

Salary: Up to £130,000

Location: London (Hybrid 4 days on site)

Are you a Product Manager with a passion for electronic markets and shaping capital market efficiency? This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in the growth and development of proprietary platforms used across global trading operations. You7ll be working on real-time trading systems, collaborating with clients, sales, trading, and technology teams to deliver innovative, revenue-generating solutions. This is a client-facing role covering the full product lifecycle—from requirements gathering through to design, project management, production support, and training.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate complex product requirements into practical, revenue-driving solutions
• Partner with sales, trading, and support teams to enhance client offerings
• Own the product lifecycle: requirement gathering, design, testing, and support
• Deliver client training, product demos, and day-to-day application support
• Track ROI on product features and provide ongoing performance insights
• Contribute to improving workflows in capital markets and trading operations

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years' Product Management experience (ideally in financial technology)
• 2+ years in financial markets (FX experience is a plus)
• Strong understanding of capital markets workflows and trading products
• Knowledge of the software development lifecycle
• Excellent documentation, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; Jira experience desirable
• Korean language skills a bonus
