Product Manager

We are looking for a Product Manager to join our team in Bradford (BD4). This is a hybrid role with expectations to work in the office at least two days a week.
We are seeking a dynamic Product Manager to join our Technology team and drive the creation, launch, and enhancement of cutting-edge products that cater to our customers' needs.
In this role, you will collaborate with the Blume Business Solutions Leadership team to shape the strategy and approach for Product Management. You will oversee the entire product lifecycle, from initial concept through to launch and continuous improvement. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will gather and prioritize customer requirements, define the product vision, and manage the development and launch of new products. Additionally, you will be responsible for measuring and analysing product performance, making necessary adjustments to the product roadmap to ensure ongoing success.
What will you be doing?
- Conduct market research, user studies, and competitor analysis to identify market needs and product opportunities.
- Develop and maintain the product roadmap in alignment with the company's strategic goals.
- Define the product vision and roadmap from PoC, MVP, and subsequent versions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (data, technology, design, marketing, sales, commercial, and operations) to define and prioritise product requirements and specifications.
- Lead the product development process, overseeing design, development, testing, and launch.
- Drive product launches, working closely with brand & marketing, sales, and operational teams to ensure successful execution and adoption.
- Analyse product performance, user feedback, and market trends to continually iterate and improve the product.
- Own the Product Delivery roadmap, ensuring adherence to time, cost, and quality measures.
- Work with commercial teams to ensure successful monetisation of the product, optimising build and run costs of existing and new features with Technology.
- Align with auxiliary teams (Legal, Security, Privacy & Regulatory) to ensure all relevant reviews and sign-offs are completed, maintaining a market-fit product.
We tend to look for people with:
- Proven experience in product management with a successful track record of launching products.
- Strong understanding of product development processes and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).
- Familiarity with UX/UI design principles and a user-centric approach to product development.
- Proficiency in using project management and product management tools.
- Demonstrated experience in working with technologies and delivering digitisation projects.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills, with proven stakeholder management abilities, including exposure to the Senior Leadership Team.
- Familiarity with Hyperscaler platforms, particularly Google Cloud Platform (e.g., Vertex AI) is preferred.
- Proficiency in technical languages and libraries such as Python and React.
- Solid understanding of technical architecture, including both on-premises and cloud environments.
- Knowledge of LLMs, ML, and NLP, especially as applied within conversational assistants or vertical agent contexts.
- Experience working in startup or scale-up environments.
