Reward Flight Finder is a growing SaaS, business-to-consumer company in the travel reward space. Led by a young entrepreneur, our MRR has grown strongly in 5 years from a small base. We are a team of 3, with freelance marketing support & subcontracted IT & finance functions. Our current, part-time COO wishes to retire, so we are looking to replace her, but add product skills into the mix.
Role Overview:We are seeking a dynamic Product & Operations Lead with deep technical product management experience to lead and execute across product development, marketing, and finance. This is a hybrid role that demands both strategic thinking and hands-on execution. You’ll be central in aligning cross-functional teams and processes to deliver on the company’s vision, growth targets, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:Product Leadership- A clear product vision already exists. You will be responsible for developing the product strategy and roadmap in alignment with business goals.
- You will collaborate with the CEO to guide product development from ideation to launch. You will prioritise product features based on market needs, user feedback, and technical feasibility.
- Through efficiency measures and strong project management, achieve a reduction in IT subcontractor costs.
- Systematise processes, implement standard operating procedures, oversee product lifecycle management, and drive continuous improvement based on analytics and customer insights.
- Partner with the CEO to define and execute the company's strategy and key objectives.
- Build and refine operational processes that enable execution at speed without sacrificing quality.
- Support our full-time Head of Marketing, who is responsible for brand positioning, customer acquisition, and growth marketing.
- Collaborate with the Head of Marketing to develop and manage strategic marketing campaigns to drive awareness, engagement, and conversion.
- Oversee company budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance.
- Manage cash flow, P&L, and financial reporting.
- Provide financial insights and strategic recommendations to support business decisions.
- 5+ years in product management with proven experience owning product strategy and roadmaps.
- 2+ years in a senior operational or leadership role, preferably in a startup or scale-up environment.
- Strong technical background (engineering, computer science, or equivalent experience).
- Data-driven and metrics-oriented; able to make informed decisions quickly.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to execute tactically.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
- Familiarity with startup financial models, budgeting, and SaaS metrics is a plus.
- Prior startup experience.
- Experience in fundraising or investor relations.
- Experience in the travel industry, especially airlines.
