Why we need this role
As a Product Operations Lead you will be a pivotal figure in providing comprehensive product operations support, enabling Colt to operate efficiently at scale. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams on complex projects that support our business priorities. Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring seamless delivery against our strategic objectives. We are looking for a person who is passionate about working in a B2B environment and are eager to leverage their experience to make a difference.
What you will do
Typical tasks and responsibilities will include:
- Thought Leadership: Develop customer propositions and thought leadership content, support analyst submissions & industry awards entries
- Communications: Ensure product roadmap, R&D activities, reports, training/enablement are visible and accessible
- Processes: Identify, document, standardise, automate go-to-market processes
- Product Insight: Collect, organise, analyse data to enable data-driven decisions
- Infrastructure: Maintain templates, guidelines, product collateral & tools so that products can be consumed efficiently
This is a role with a wide range of contacts, including:
- Product Managers
- Marketing & Communications
- Analyst Relations
- Sales and Pre-sales
- Partner Management
- Customer Relationship Management
What we look for
- 10+years of experienc in B2B product operations or B2B product marketing
- Experience with working in an international environment
- Able to present and position complex topics from a customer perspective
- Excellent English language skills (writing and verbal)
- Self-driven and autonomous
- Ability to influence people outside of hierarchical control
- Focus on delivery and getting things done
- Attitude to challenge stereotypes
