Position: Product Portfolio Manager (Maternity Cover)

About the portfolio: Our extensive suite of subsurface software solutions extends, improves, augments and accelerates subsurface workflows. The Cegal Blueback portfolio provides software to complement the Petrel® E&P software platform, accelerating heavy geophysical workflows and connecting data to the Python ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Own the implementation and delivery of product strategy and roadmaps in line with the overall business strategy to secure long-term sustainable growth for the portfolio.
• Drive the product development process, prioritise opportunities, and resolve technical and market considerations.
• Engage in customer collaboration to drive innovation, gather product feedback, and identify customer use cases and commercial opportunities.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder engagement to ensure strategy and business alignment.
• Lead, empower and develop the product teams in the organisation.
• Act as a brand ambassador that champions Cegal’s story and value propositions.

Who you are / Qualifications

• Relevant experience in the geoscience and subsurface domain combined with product development experience.
• A commercial mindset with a focus on delivering business value for customers.
• A solid understanding of geoscience workflows and relevant applications.
• Experience in leading and motivating high-performing teams.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Solution-oriented with a high sense of accountability.
