What'stherole?

TheProductionCoordinatorroleisresponsibleforassistinginthecoordinationofbothprojectsandinternalprocessesforBeardedKitten(theagency)andBeardedKittenStudios(thein-housecreativefabricationarm).

ThisroleisresponsibleforassistingProductionManagersandProducersintheefficient,high-quality,andsafeplanningofanyofourliveactivationswhilstalsosupportingandtakingownershipofkeyelementsonsitethroughoutliveandderig.

Thepositioncallsforacandidatewithademonstratedexperienceandappetiteineventproduction,aswellassomeonewhoisenthusiastic,passionate,helpful,andsupportiveinallaspectsoftheirwork.

Whatwillyoudo?

Production

SupportingtheProducers&ProductionManagerstocontributetoshapingallelementsofaproduction,fromconcepttodelivery.

Aidtheproductionteamonsitewiththedeliveryofliveeventsasandwhenrequired.

Assisttheproductionteamwithsourcingandcoordinatingsubcontractordeliverablesasperagreedscopeandschedules.

SupportedbytheProductionManagers,ensureassignedprojectsaredeliveredtorelevantH&Sstandards.Includingbutnotlimitedto;collatingRAMs,purchasingPPE,etc.

Helpingtomanagetheongoingorganisationofthevariousstoragefacilities,andtheirassociatedaccounts.

Bewillingandabletoworkunsociablehoursorweekendsasprojectsmayrequireduetothenatureoftheeventsindustry.

SupportwiththedeliveryofBeardedKittenStudioswork(BK’screativefabricationarm)asandwhenrequired.

Crew&Logistics

Helptoorganisedrivingschedulestoensuredeliveriesandcollectionshappenefficientlyandontimeaswellasmanagingcourierbookings.

Helptoensureassignedprojectsareloadedcorrectlyontotransport(outboundandreturn)inc.carnetsasandwhenrequired.

WorkwiththeProducersandProductionManagerstoascertainexactcrewrequirementsoneachprojectandworkwiththeteamtocontact,bookandcontractfreelancers,includinglocalcrew.

Finance&Administration

Onprojectcompletion,assisttheProductionManagersinthefinancialreconciliationofprojectbudgets.

Attendandminutetheweeklyproductionmeetingtodiscussthedepartment'sprogress,yourindividualworkload,upcomingrequirementsandcreateactionpointsofwhatneedstobecompletedthatweek.

SupporttheHeadofProductionteamwithgeneraladministrationdutiesonanadhocbasis.
