Contract Type: Maternity Cover (12-Month Fixed Term Contract)

Overview

We’re recruiting a Production Manager to lead production services across multimedia content for WWF-UK’s Content & Editorial Team. Responsibilities include managing UK and overseas productions, overseeing budgets and contracts, ensuring safe and high‑standard production, and line managing the Post‑Production Technical Manager role.

Responsibilities

  • Lead UK and overseas production services, including remote locations.
  • Oversee budgets, contracts, and Health & Safety / Risk Assessment processes.
  • Ensure all content is produced safely, efficiently, and to the highest professional standards.
  • Line manage the Post‑Production Technical Manager, prioritising work planning, stakeholder engagement, pastoral care, and professional development.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Production Management within Creative Industries, Media or NGO sectors.
  • Experience managing UK & overseas productions, including remote locations.
  • Proven budgeting and contractual experience.
  • Excellent knowledge of Health & Safety / Risk Assessment processes.
  • Experience working with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Passion for conservation and environmental storytelling.
  • Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.
  • Strong organisational and planning skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
