As a Production Support Lead, you will be responsible for ensuring the stability and reliability of our application platforms by maintaining the smooth operation of the underlying infrastructure and ensuring that systems and applications function as expected. You will be accountable to drive a culture of proactive continual improvement into the Production environment through application, user request support, troubleshooting and resolving the errors in production environment.
