Job Summary

As an OCM Change & Training Analyst you will support organisational change and training efforts for technology-driven transformation projects. The role applies our Organisational Change Management (OCM) methodology to ensure smooth business change adoption and effective training delivery, ensuring all stakeholders are prepared, engaged, and equipped to adopt new ways of working.

Duties / Responsibilities

  • Change Management Support: Assist in creating and executing change management strategies to drive successful adoption of new systems and processes. Support the creation of a detailed impact assessment to evaluate the scope of change across various stakeholder groups. Help develop and implement a change action plan, addressing communication, training, policy, and process needs.
  • Training Development & Delivery: Support training activities including needs analysis, material development, and tool selection. Assist with organising and scheduling training sessions, including train-the-trainer and end-user training. Gather feedback from training sessions to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Stakeholder Engagement & Support: Help establish a Change Network of change agents, super users, and trainers to support the business transformation. Support communication efforts, ensuring consistent messaging aligned with the change strategy.
  • Process & Documentation: Work with business process leads to update business process maps and create standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Knowledge Sharing & Continuous Improvement: Contribute to the advancement of the team’s skills and knowledge base. Take ownership of self-directed learning and development.

Required Skills / Abilities

  • Experience: 2+ years in change management, training, or organisational development, with exposure to large-scale technology transformations. Experience in supporting OCM methodologies and training delivery.
  • Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders across all levels. Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Personal Attributes: Self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable. Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to think critically about business processes and interdependencies. Positive attitude, empathetic, and open to change.
