About:

We’re working with a leading global retailer seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead a high-impact Dynamics 365 (D365) implementation.

This is a 3-month contract, you'll be at the helm of a strategically vital project, bringing structure, clarity, and delivery excellence to a complex D365 programme.

• Retail sector experience within the last 4 years – ideally with major/high-volume retailers.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across global and cross-functional teams.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams with a delivery-focused mindset.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate the delivery of a large-scale D365 transformation programme.
• Work closely with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders across multiple regions.
• Drive programme governance, risk management, timelines, and budget.
• Ensure clear reporting, escalation processes, and agile decision-making.
