Overview

A design led architectural practice, specialising in high-end residential bespoke architecture, has a vacancy for a Project Architect. You will be working on homes in affluent areas of North West London, with typical contract values ranging from £500K to £1M. Their design philosophy incorporates light, nature, spatial and sensory elements (neuroarchitecture), to not only create beautiful homes but also to enhance the lives of those who will live there.

Responsibilities

• Work on high-end residential projects from inception to completion.
• Lead project coordination and liaise with clients, contractors and consultants.
• Many projects work around an existing home, with some projects starting with demolition and a blank canvas.
• Use AutoCAD in project delivery.

Qualifications

• Strong high-end residential portfolio for one-off homes.
• Experience delivering projects from inception to completion.
• Technically competent at delivery stages and adept at project coordination, able to liaise with clients, contractors and consultants.
