Overview

A global consultancy is seeking experienced Programme Directors to join its expanding team delivering major infrastructure programmes across sectors including civil infrastructure, data centres, defence, and energy. These specific permanent roles are available on a hybrid basis and will focus on huge infrastructure projects in the defence and nuclear sectors, working in partnership with clients to ensure successful programme delivery - you\'ll be acting as the key interface between the client and the construction partners.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and deliver major infrastructure programmes (£250m+ minimum, ideally £1bn+) in defence, nuclear, and related sectors.
  • Act as the key interface between the client and construction partners to ensure successful programme delivery.
  • Provide leadership in programme governance, risk management, project controls, commercial/contract management (NEC3 / NEC4), and stakeholder engagement within complex environments.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record delivering complex, high-value construction/infrastructure programmes (£250m+ minimum, ideally £1bn+) (e.g., Crossrail, Hinkley Point C, Thames Tideway).
  • Deep experience in at least some of the following areas: programme leadership, governance, risk management, project controls, commercial/contract management (NEC3 / NEC4), stakeholder engagement.
