Hybrid role with an expectation to work across all SLP boroughs

We are seeking a proactive and highly organized project coordinator for employment and skills to join our dynamic team delivering the trailblazer programme for economically inactive residents across South London. This innovative project aims to reduce economic inactivity by developing integrated, person-centred employment and skills pathways, working in close collaboration with local authorities, health services, training providers, and voluntary sector partners. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a high-profile initiative that is driving system change and delivering real impact for residents furthest from the labour market.

Your main project focus will be supporting the effective delivery and integration of People, Skills, and Employment with health programmes across the six boroughs of Croydon, Kingston, Merton, Richmond, Wandsworth, and Sutton. You will also support the Head of Economy, Skills, and Employment with project management reporting for all SLP Employment and Skills projects. For more information about SLP, please visit Home - South London Partnership.

The People and Skills programme at SLP delivers various employment and skills projects to help residents across South London into meaningful work. You will assist the Programme Lead in coordinating, delivering, and managing the performance of all SLP projects.

This is a fixed-term contract until March 31st, 2026. The role is hybrid, primarily remote, but requires working from various sites across the boroughs to support events and meetings.
