Connected Kerb is a privately owned company and the UK’s largest Charge Point Operators delivering On-Street Electric Vehicle solutions for many of the UK’s largest Local Authorities (LA) with over 10,000 deployed and in operation. CK’s vision is to support the democratisation of the EV experience by providing the off-street charging experience on-street and to build, operate and maintain >100,000 Electric Vehicle Charging Points (EVCP) by 2030 in support of the UK’s Net Zero Programme run by OZEV. CK has won a significant portion of the LA Low Emission Vehicle Initiative (LEVI) tenders and is building a new delivery team to deliver this commitment across the UK.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage Install Partner payments by raising purchase orders, receipting invoices and resolving financial queries, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely processing
  • Prepare and present slide decks for monthly Install Partner Performance meetings
  • Maintain and update the Project CRM platform with all site-related information, including Change Requests, Risk Register updates, Issue logs, and delivery details
  • Support the preparation, tracking, and governance of Work Package Orders
  • Prepare project schedules, detailed reports and trackers in Excel for monitoring progress, budgets, and risks
  • Ensure compliance standards are upheld across all project documentation and processes, including reviewing Install Partner quality competencies with the Health & Safety Manager
  • Track details on Installed not Commissioned Sites and provide information to the Customer Service team fortnightly
  • Collate delivery team news for inclusion in the monthly Arcade newsletter
  • Act as a central point of coordination between delivery partners, clients, and internal stakeholders

Key Skills and Attributes

  • Excellent Microsoft Excel skills (e.g. Gantt charts, reporting dashboards)
  • Strong attention to detail, especially in financial and compliance-related tasks
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities
  • Proactive problem solver with the ability to take ownership of tasks
  • Strong communication and client-facing skills, with experience working across teams and partners

Desirable Skills & Knowledge

  • Familiarity with project management software (Microsoft Project, Planner)
  • Knowledge of Salesforce.
  • Formal training or certification in project management (e.g., PRINCE2, APM)
  • Previous experience in a project support, coordination, or operations environment

Qualifications & Experience

  • Degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Experience in project coordination, administration, or operational support (desirable but not essential)
