Join our global team, securing application connectivity, anywhere. AlgoSec is looking for an experienced Projects Manager to join its Project Managers EMEA team. Reporting to: Manager, Project Management, EMEA. Location: UK, Home Office. Employment type: Full-time.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate Professional Services (PS) Projects, owning all project tasks throughout the project life cycle from pre-sale to full production deployment.
• Accountable for addressing all customers’ needs throughout the engagement lifecycle, starting with pre-sale support, through deployment and transition to BAU (business as usual) stage.
• Accelerate solution adoption, ensuring customer retention, satisfaction, and long-term value.
• Engage AlgoSec’s EMEA customers to help them maximize business value by achieving full operational readiness.
• Serve as the primary point of contact between EMEA customers and internal teams including Product Management, R&D, Account Managers, regional Sales Engineers, Support Team, and technical staff.
• Manage and coordinate sub-contractors, including handling relevant commercial aspects.
• Champion customer needs and advocate for them across internal AlgoSec departments to ensure alignment and satisfaction.
• Establish and maintain trusted advisory relationships with customers and drive continued value of AlgoSec solutions and services.
• Support Account Managers during the pre-sale phase, including development of Statements of Work (SoWs).

Qualifications / Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in project management with proven success in increasing customer satisfaction, adoption, and retention.
• Experience working with outbound/external customers.
• Experience in large technology environments / enterprise IT.
• Experience with budget control and a commercial view.
• Dynamic and proactive personality with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Ability to operate under pressure; experience with crisis management.
• Result-oriented with a can-do attitude.
• Impeccable written and verbal communication skills; adaptable to changes.
• Strong persistence, fast learner, and ability to work independently.
• Comfort working in a matrix management environment and multitasking with shifting priorities.
• Ability to see the big picture while being detail-oriented and analytical.
• Self-motivated with high integrity.
• Willingness to travel approximately 20% in EMEA.

Advantage

• Security background, especially in firewall administration and configuration.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French / Spanish / German.
