Project Manager – Glasgow - Hybrid – £50,000 - £60,000

We are currently looking for a Project Manager who will devise and deliver innovative initiatives for a contact centre client. The role will focus on improving customer experiences and managing senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Managing the implementation of new systems
• AI integration
• Identifying pain points and implementing solutions
• Periodical travel overseas and within the UK
• Experience working within a contact centre environment
• Leading innovation projects
• Knowledge of AI solutions

Requirements / Qualifications

• Experience in a Project Manager role
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• Experience with system implementations
• Knowledge of AI and its practical applications
