Hours: 37 hours (with some flexibility)

Contract: Fixed Term until Jan 2027

Salary: £36,363 - £39,863 per annum (Grade 8)

Responsibilities

We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, proactive person who is a skilled communicator. You will join the Lancashire Skills and Employment Hub Team and support the Lancashire Digital Skills Partnership (LDSP) projects, including the scaling up of the MOD Digital Skills for Defence STEM and Digital Bursary Scheme. Your role will be to manage delivery of projects, activities and events, and to build rapport and relationships with the key people involved in project delivery and support.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Support the Digital Skills Partnership Coordinator and work closely with another Project Officer (Digital) to meet the objectives of the Lancashire Skills and Employment Strategic Framework.
  • Contribute to the broader activity of the LDSP and specific delivery focus on the MOD Digital Skills for Defence STEM and Digital Bursary Scheme contract.
  • Communicate effectively with partners across Lancashire and nationally to enable successful project delivery.
  • Be conscientious and detail-oriented in managing activities and events.
