With support & guidance from programme managers and the project managers, the Project Support Analyst will undertake the delivery of specific activities or work streams for projects within the Group-wide business change portfolio in accordance with the appropriate LR delivery framework. The Project Support Analyst will be assigned delivery responsibility for individual tasks within a given project plan under the accountability of the relevant Project Manager. The Project Support Analyst may also be assigned small projects to manage under the guidance and with the support of a Project or Programme Manager.

The Project Support Analyst will be responsible for the successful delivery of project work streams and activities, ensuring they meet quality standards, timescales, and budgets.

They will serve as an ambassador for LR Group through successful change activities that support LR’s strategic goals and objectives.

The Role

• Responsible for delivering assigned tasks or work streams on projects, measured by time, budget, and quality, following Lloyd's Register delivery framework.
• Manage multiple tasks from individual or multiple project plans, depending on size and scope.
• Execute work stream activities in line with project plans, quality standards, budgets, and under the guidance of Project or Programme Managers.
• Lead stakeholder management for specific work streams or projects with support from the Project Manager or Programme Manager.
• Maintain project controls, measurements, and governance of all activities, work streams, or projects.
• Prepare project deliverables within defined parameters, format, timescale, and with the support of the Project or Programme Manager.
• Coordinate and document project activities, risks, issues, and deliver timely reports to the Project Manager.
• Support the Project Manager in delivering services and deliverables within scope, quality, timescales, and cost.

What you bring

• Experience working in a project environment.
• MSP or Prince2 foundation accreditation.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Experience supporting solutions delivery within LR’s industry or similar professional services.
• Ability to produce quality documentation and capture relevant data accurately.
• Good time-management and prioritization skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office 365, Project, SharePoint, Visio, Miro, Power BI, and ADO.
