We have an exciting opportunity for a Property Compliance Manager to join our team based at our Head Office in Coventry.

Are you passionate about creating safer buildings and making a real impact? We're looking for a proactive and knowledgeable Property Compliance Manager to join our team and help drive excellence in building compliance, fire safety, and resident well-being. You will be a key team member conducting comprehensive building safety surveys, inspections, and assessments across all locations within the ExtraCare portfolio to identify potential hazards, risks, and non-compliance issues in accordance with relevant legislation, regulations, and industry best practices.

As leaders in retirement housing, we've helped shape high-quality living environments for older people-and building safety is at the heart of everything we do. In this key role, you'll be at the forefront of ensuring our buildings meet the highest safety standards, working closely with internal teams, contractors, and residents.
