They are now seeking an enthusiastic and driven Property Litigation Solicitor to join their Cambridge office, working alongside a supportive team of Associates, Directors, and Paralegals.The OpportunityThis is an excellent opportunity for a junior lawyer to build their career within a Legal 500 ranked team, advising on a wide range of contentious property matters. You will work closely with experienced Partners and senior lawyers, managing your own caseload and gaining exposure to high-value and complex disputes.Your typical instructions will include:Commercial landlord and tenant disputesDevelopment-related disputes, including rights to light, restrictive covenants, easements, and overageAdverse possession and title issuesTrespass, nuisance, and property damage claimsStrategic risk management and dispute avoidance adviceYou will benefit from clear progression pathways, excellent training, and the full support of the wider Dispute Resolution team, enabling you to develop strong client relationships and grow your expertise.The CandidateYou will ideally be 1–4 years PQE with a solid grounding in Property Litigation.
