OverviewWe are looking to recruit a strong, ambitious Property Litigation Solicitor to join the team at the office in Birmingham city centre. The successful candidate will have experience in contentious property matters and will contribute to maintaining and developing the firm’s excellent reputation.ResponsibilitiesContentious Landlord and Tenant matters acting for both tenants and landlords in residential and commercial property mattersBoundary disputesGeneral property disputesTOLATA claimsProfessional negligence claims relating to propertyCommercial/general litigation experience useful to assist the Commercial Litigation Team where necessaryProvide an excellent standard of client care and manage client expectationsActive participation in firm-wide business developmentWork as part of the dispute resolution team, with strong communication and client contactSkillsProficiency with Word, Excel, PDFs (or similar) and a case management systemAdvocacy when requiredAbility to work as part of a team and under pressureStrong communication and client care abilitiesQualifications and Experience Ideally 2–5 years’ PQE; applications from candidates outside this range will be considered if they have the relevant knowledge/experience and enthusiasm for the role Flexibility to work from Birmingham City Centre; hybrid/flexible working options can be consideredEmployment DetailsSeniority level: AssociateEmployment type: Full-timeJob function: LegalIndustry: Law PracticeLocationBirmingham City Centre Office #J-18808-Ljbffr
