Property Solicitor

Our Clients are based in Central London and are seeking to recruit a diligent, confident, self‑motivated, experienced Commercial Property solicitor to join their busy Commercial property team. They also require some residential experience. The team deals with high‑quality matters and is a trusted name in the industry. They are expanding the team to maintain the high level of service for their clients.

Key Requirements

• Minimum 4–5 years Post‑Qualification Experience (flexible for exceptional background)
• Experience in all aspects of primarily commercial property, plus residential property
• Good technical knowledge and proven ability in business development
• Experience working in a fast‑paced organisation; self‑motivated, confident, and detail‑oriented
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Experience with bridging finance is a distinct advantage

Responsibilities

• Act for borrowers in refinancing
• Grant and acquire leases for landlords and tenants
• Act for developers in site acquisitions, finance, and sales

The salary offered is open and dependent on experience and background; we welcome candidates from all levels.
