Overview

This post holder will be based at King's College Hospital Denmark Hill site and will take the lead for performing key tasks required for the monitoring and maintenance of the Quality Management System under the direction of the Quality Managers (QMs), with direct line management via the Quality Lead for Stem Cell Transplant & CAR T. Support the development and maintenance of a Quality Management System including Standard Operating Procedures, training and education of staff, adverse incident and non-compliance and records management and quality and clinical audits within the Department of Haematological Medicine.

  • Lead for monitoring and maintenance of the Quality Management System (QMS) under the direction of Quality Managers (QMs), with direct line management via the Quality Lead for Stem Cell Transplant & CAR T.
  • Support the development and maintenance of the Quality Management System including Standard Operating Procedures, training and education of staff, adverse incident and non-compliance, records management, and quality and clinical audits within the Department of Haematological Medicine.
  • Support the development and implementation of the Quality Management System (QPulse) in the Department.
  • Provide training in Quality Management to all staff within the Department of Haematological Medicine.
  • Contribute to service improvement projects and developments within the Department.
  • Support staff training and development in regulatory and accreditation schemes to ensure that the Department meets all necessary regulatory and accreditation requirements.
  • Support the Senior Management Team in ensuring continual improvement and regulatory and accreditation compliance requirements.
