The Role
Quo Vadis Trust, a housing charity based in South East London is looking for a Quality Assurance Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our commitment to delivering high-quality services to individuals with mental health needs. Your primary focus will be to ensure that QVT meets all regulatory and industry standards, overseeing compliance and quality assurance across the organisation.
- Maintain and coordinate QVT’s Quality Assurance framework across all services.
- Ensure ongoing compliance with key regulatory bodies, including the Regulator of Social Housing (RSH), Homes England, and the Charities Commission.
- Draft and maintain quality assurance policies and procedures, ensuring they align with current regulations.
- Conduct internal audits (both virtual and onsite) to assess compliance and quality.
- Provide clear, timely reports to the CEO and Trustees following audit and monitoring activities.
- Analyse operational data (e.g. incidents, safeguarding, complaints) to identify areas for improvement.
- Support the CEO in preparing for external inspections, commissioner reviews, and regulatory reporting.

Quo Vadis Trust (QVT) is dedicated to providing stable housing and support to adults with mental health needs in South East London. We offer both accommodation and on- or off-site support to help individuals live as independently as possible. With a strong focus on promoting well-being, we currently provide homes to approximately 200 individuals.

The Person
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements for housing associations, charities, and care providers.
- Experience in quality assurance, compliance monitoring, or audit, preferably within the housing or care sectors.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong analytical and reporting abilities.
- Organisational skills to manage activities across multiple sites and services.
- Ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Awareness of the challenges faced by people with mental health needs.
