Planet Pharma are currently partnered with a global pharma and we are actively seeking a Quality Assurance Manager to join the business on a remote basis.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide quality oversight of Contract Manufacturing Organizations (CMOs) to ensure compliance with GMP and regulatory requirements.
• Lead and support quality-related activities across the product lifecycle, including tech transfers, process validation, and commercial production.
• Review and approve CMO documentation such as batch records, deviations, change controls, CAPAs, and quality agreements.
• Conduct or participate in audits of CMOs to assess quality systems and ensure continuous compliance and improvement.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams (QA, Regulatory, Supply Chain, Technical Ops) to support manufacturing and supply operations.
• Monitor and manage quality performance metrics and trends from CMOs, driving improvements as needed.
• Support regulatory submissions and inspections involving CMO-related operations.
• Ensure timely escalation and resolution of quality issues that may impact product supply or compliance.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of global GMP regulations and industry best practices related to external manufacturing.

Key Requirements

• 4+ years QA experience
