Responsibilities

• QS role across interiors fit-out and refurbishment schemes
• Full commercial duties from pre-construction through delivery
• Cost planning, cost management, and cost reporting
• Preparing and managing BOQs and subcontractor packages
• Working closely with client-side teams and internal project staff

• 4+ years' experience in a main contractor or fit-out QS role
• Background in interiors, residential, or commercial projects
• Strong analytical and numerical skills
• Proficient with cost control, cost planning, and BOQs
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Able to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid setup
