You can join either of their thriving regional offices, in Truro or Exeter. This innovative business delivers cutting-edge construction projects across Cornwall and Devon, putting the environment and community at the heart of everything they do. Due to continued growth, they are now seeking a motivated and experienced Quantity Surveyor (or Senior Quantity Surveyor) to join their commercial team. This role offers flexibility, with the ability to live anywhere between Truro and Exeter. You must be willing to travel to both offices and various site locations throughout Cornwall.

Responsibilities

• Report directly to the Commercial Director
• Maintain and enhance commercial processes and procedures
• Apply best practice principles to maximise profitability
• Monitor, reduce, and eliminate unnecessary costs and inefficiencies
• Ensure the timely preparation and settlement of final accounts

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor, ideally within a main contractor or developer
• A HND or Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related construction discipline (preferred)
• To live within a commutable distance of both Truro and Exeter
• A genuine passion for eco-friendly and sustainable construction
