About the Role
Quantity Surveyor – Cheshunt (Hybrid/Flexible Working Available). Location: Cheshunt, Hertfordshire. Salary: £45,000 – £60,000 (DOE). Benefits. Contract Type: Full-Time, Permanent. Key Responsibilities
- Prepare tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities
- Perform risk, value management, and cost control
- Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and subcontractors
- Provide advice on contractual claims and procurement strategy
What We’re Looking For
- Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or a related field
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of construction contracts including JCT and NEC
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Proficient in cost estimating software and MS Office
