Reconciliation Analyst at Computershare Investor Services PLC

Location: Bristol (Hybrid) – based in the Bristol office for a minimum of three days a week, with the flexibility to work from home for parts of the week.

We are looking for a detail-focused analyst to support cash management operations and the reconciliation of client funds and assets, ensuring regulatory compliance and timely reporting.

Responsibilities

  • Handle high volumes of routine transactions with accuracy and adhere to SLAs
  • Follow procedures and identify opportunities to improve efficiencies
  • Take ownership of standard operational queries and escalate when appropriate
  • Maintain up-to-date process notes to reflect changes in working practices
  • Liaise with other departments to understand and resolve differences
  • Comply with operational risk and regulatory control policies and procedures
  • Carry out user acceptance testing for system changes as required
