An exciting opportunity to join a high performing team in HR specialising in Recruitment and Onboarding within the E-ACT Trust. This detailed and varied role working with a team of Recruitment and Onboarding Officers supporting the Recruitment and Onboarding Business Partner and various key stakeholders across E-ACT.At E-ACT, we believe every child deserves opportunity. We champion diversity, encourage a people-first culture, and ensure every voice is heard.ResponsibilitiesOversee the efficient and effective Recruitment and Onboarding process for new employees within the organisation. Ensure new hires are attracted and recruited in line with the trust’s safer recruitment policy and KCSIE, while providing a positive experience as they transition into their roles and integrate into the company culture.Report to the Recruitment and Onboarding Business Partner and coordinate activities with key stakeholders across E-ACT.Advertise roles across the trust, liaise with hiring managers to create and place adverts, prepare shortlisting, manage interview processes, and issue offers of employment.Use the Applicant Tracking System to effectively advertise and onboard applicants.Carry out all aspects of the Recruitment and Onboarding cycle in line with safer recruitment for the trust.Coordinate the collection and processing of all necessary employee documentation, including employment contracts, offer documentation, Right to Work, DBS and overseas background checks, references, certifications, and other required paperwork.
