Recruiter Ready for a Career Change? Looking to step away from sales targets and use your people skills to make a real difference? This role offers the chance to support people with mental health needs (often anxiety or depression) to find meaningful work and rebuild confidence.

The role offers a hybrid week (3 days from home, 2 days in the office) plus the security of working for an Investors in People award-winning employer.

Responsibilities

• Support people into work or career change through one-to-one coaching (around 19 sessions a week).
• Run initial assessments, create support plans, and provide guidance on CVs, job search, and interviews.
• Deliver the occasional group workshop.
• Referrals come directly through an NHS service.

Who it’s for

• Recruiters ready for a more meaningful role.
• Or those with experience as Employment Advisors, Job Coaches, or Support Workers.
• Psychology/relevant grads also welcome.
